(7) windows this time and (9) all together. Universal Windows really stands behind their warranty. Had 1 service call and all was resolved to our satisfaction.
I was not happy with the salesman because he apparently did not know his colors. I was trying to match the shutters on my house with the new door. What he recommended was not even close! OF course I didn't realize this until it was delivered. After two weeks of calling because no one called me back when they said they would, we finally came to an agreement and I had the door repainted. The Installation Crew was exceptional! I could not have asked for two better men.
