Over the years, UWD has replaced all of the windows in my house, then built an awning on the back and, more recently, replaced all four exterior doors. I'm always very happy with their work.
Universal Direct Windows came recommended to me. I was impressed that the windows are custom made and not stock material that is made/rigged to fit your home. My salesman worked hard to accommodate my special need to match an existing window.
The windows are of good quality, but they did not do a good job of cleaning. I was not present when they finished and my daughter did not pay close attention to the clean up.
The installer (Billy Joe) yes he was born in WV, did a great job , you only had to watch him work for a short time to see he knew what he was doing.
