Two guys showed up 10 minutes early and got started. In about an hour and a half my new door was in and looks great. Very pleasant experience.
The window looks great, but the sandstone block under the window was chipped (about the size of a dollar bill) while removing the old window. The salesman and installers were polite and professional. The window was built and installed more quickly than we expected. We are disappointed about the chipped sandstone, but the overall experience and product were very good.
