From start to finish the process was easy and the staff was knowledgeable and professional.
The installation was professional and work was good. Slightly disappointed in the aesthetics of the windows. There is a gap in the interior corners, the side wall does not extend all the way to the top. Also, the storm door was wrong and needed to be reordered. I was told it would be a rush order but it took 5 weeks and I had to call to get an update.
I had Universal do 7 oversided windows that had to be custom made do to a structural problem. They completedthose and they have saved me a lot of money.! This was a heated sun room. Prior to installation in 2/18 the temperature in this room was 39 degrees. With the new Beautiful windows it went up to 69 degrees in cold snowy weather. My heat bill dropped significantly. My budget bill went down $27a month and has held. I just had the rest of the house completed with the last 7 windows done last week. They are also oversized! ... read more
