I love my new windows! Universal Windows was fast at getting them in! I can already tell a difference in the temperature of my house. The AC works so well now!
The installers were on time (actually early) and did an outstanding job - the three installers worked really good together. The lead installer even pointed out some small flaws in one of the doors that we did not notice - and he submitted a warranty claim for us ! That is great attention to detail and customer first focus.. We are very pleased with our two new doors !
I'd like to givea more formidable rating on my experience with UWD, but it was far from a good one! Although I am pleased with the product, the installation crew and outcome, I - WAS NOT - please with the length of time to get this done.
My wife and I are very pleased with our windows. However, we're still waiting on one window which was measured incorrectly and its not the correct size / configuration. Jake our Representative is awesome, courteous, Knowledgeable, and more importantly extremely professional.
From the initial sales call to the installation, Universal Windows Direct was professional, courteous, efficient and ON TIME. Our two patio doors were installed beautifully and the installers left no trace when they left. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and not pushy, which we appreciated. I would highly recommend them.
