Cody (the sales person) was very knowledgeable of the work that needed to done and explained all the different types of windows that can be installed and how they can save on energy use; even the person who came out to verify the measurements was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail of what to expect when the windows will be installed and the prep work that needed to be done.
