I took advantage of the free window offer. Wasn't actually free, there was a $100 permit fee, but even still getting a new window for only $100 was still an amazing deal.
The initial consultation was prompt, courteous, kind, and he was extremely knowledgeable. The entire process was stellar, and I could not ask for better people to have completed my project. Everything was perfect with Universal Windows Direct.
I would recommend this company conditionally considering the issues I had with the amount of time that it took. I realize much was due to their material supplier, but it affected me.
I would recommend Universal Windows Direct to anyone.
The installers and the salesman were very professional, helpful, and courteous.
Although the salesman was professional, there was pressure to commit at the first meeting, which was 2 hours long. When I didn't commit I received several follow up calls from different persons, finally from someone who offered a "special rebate." The price I ultimately paid was no where close to the "best" offer from the first night. This whole process was frustrating to say the least.
