I saw the company at a home improvement show and everybody I spoke with there was very knowledgeable and pleasant and so was the fellow who they sent out, he was not pushy. The men they sent out to do the work were clean and professional, they didn't make a mess. It was overall an excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Our experience with Universal Windows Direct was excellent. Appointments were on a timely manner at our convenience, the installers were here when they said they would be, on time. They cleaned up after the work, they did an exceptional job.
I was very pleased with the installation of my new windows. The installers arrived on time, were very personable and easy to communicate with, and obviously knew their job. They arrived at 10 AM and were finished by 1:30 PM, and all of the windows fit perfectly. They kept my house clean and picked up all of the construction debris.
