The presentation was professional. The salesman made sure I understood everything before the decision was made. Both of the installers were professionals. If I ever have another house, that's who I would go with. I'm very satisfied with the product and with the manners of the representative and installers.
Everything I have had done by Universal Windows Direct has been exceptional. I had 50 windows replaced. A back porch torn off and replaced. New oversized storm doors made and installed. Also vinyl siding installed.
Universal Windows Direct did a good job. They were timely and I felt that i received a fair value for my money. I would recommend them.
I think Universal Windows is pretty much top of the line, I'd put them up there with Pella and Anderson and any of the other windows. It's a good thermal window, they're very professional, and their warranty is phenomenal - if we were to sell the house I could sell it on to the next homeowner, and I'm sure they'd admire the windows. That's a big plus for me and I'll use Universal throughout the whole thing.
I was most satisfied with the personnel, quality of the project, and kindness. They did not fall short of my expectations at all. Overall, it was a great experience.
Universal Windows was very professional. They provide good quality work. The turn around time, or installation time was efficient. The installers were courteous, professional, and the clean up was excellent.

The quality of the windows is great. We are very happy with the end results! Steve and Eric were very nice and respectful. I would suggest them to anyone. Only down sign was a poor clean up because of the snow (windows installed in February).
