I can tell that the windows provide more warmth; it is not as cold as it was before. They don't rattle, and the house is more quiet. I really enjoy my new windows.

When the salesperson first came here and talked to me, he assured me that everything was fine, and they would be able to do what I wanted, but when it comes right down to it, somehow or another I'm just not satisfied. I wish they would have explained what they were doing and why they were doing it that way, or at least got me out there to look at it. Universal Windows Direct is affordable and they offer prompt service. The installation was of a high quality and the salesperson did a good job with the project.
