When the salesperson first came here and talked to me, he assured me that everything was fine, and they would be able to do what I wanted, but when it comes right down to it, somehow or another I'm just not satisfied. Universal Windows Direct is affordable and they offer prompt service. The installation was of a high quality and the salesperson did a good job with the project.
This was my first experience having to deal with new gutters on a home and I would give them a two thumbs up on my experience with Universal Windows Direct!
I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of Universal Windows. I was also pleased with the quality of the windows. I thought they were more reasonable than most.
Universal Windows Direct came out when they said they would. They gave me a price that was competitive and fair, and we made the agreement. They said they'd come back out to install the windows in four to six weeks, and they were out in about five weeks. They did the installation with a three man crew in one day. There were a few minor adjustments that had to be made, and they came back on a mutually agreeable date to do the adjustments. I'm extremely happy with the installation.
I was happy with with the two people from Universal Windows Direct who installed the window. They did a great job with the installation and with the cleanup.
