February twenty second twenty twenty four. I had two installers come to my home today to install three windows. They were very professional. They were on time and complete gentlemen. The work was excellent they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you universal for having great contractors with knowledge. Again thanks Universal I will definitely recommend universal too friends acquaintance and family.
This company was very responsive, reliable, and professional with our sliding door installation and transom window. The first team that came to install the door & window were timely and worked clean cleaning up their mess as they worked and also after job was completed, we are very happy with their service and product. I signed a contract with this company on March 18, 2025. The contract calls for the windows to be installed within 6-10- weeks, they aren't. They are horrible at returning calls. Today I was told by the office that they sold the business, and he couldn't give me any information on the installation of my windows. They sure took their deposit. DO NOT do the 0% interest as they bill you up front for the deposit but don't install the windows. I have been calling for weeks trying to get an update on my window installation. Poor c... read more
The sales presentation, measuring and install was fantastic but I am now faced with needing a track fixed on one of my large sliding glass doors and can’t reach anyone. I have called for 3 weeks and left several messages for Brian but now the office number doesn’t even answer. I reached out to the sales rep and haven’t heard anything back from him either. I was perfectly happy and referred customers to them only to be let down by a service request on my “warrantied” product. I will be happy to change my review if this gets r... read more
