We ordered our gutters and down sprouts in late fall then the weather changed and the temp dropped. Universal still came and worked in the cold cold weather to install. When done we had a few issues that we informed them about and their customer service was awesome...They relayed the message, we got calls back each time and our issues were taken care of to our satisfaction.....They are patient, professional and care about their customer satisfaction.. I highly recommend Universal Windows Direct.
