I went in yesterday because I was having a really bad cough and my Oura ring said my body temp was increased by 2.2 degrees, which is not good and the ring is pretty accurate so I went to UC. The employees were nice, and said it was just nasopharengitis, AKA the common cold, and that my temperature was only 97 degrees, and I was good to go into work and such. Easy, quick, pleasant. Arrived to find there were quite a few people there so I was worried it was going to be a long wait. They effectively moved people through and I was seen quickly. I commend the staff for their dedication to promptness and work ethic.
We have always had a great and quick experience at the urgent care. Everyone is very friendly, Brittany the X-ray tech is so sweet! Definitely recommend this urgent care!
Fantastic experience. From Alex at front desk, to Lori and Jasmine the nurses and Sean the Doctor. I could not have been in any better hands. They were determined I was not leaving until my asthma was better and new meds were at the pharmacy. No delays, all friendly faces, probably best urgent care I have ever used. If needed again, I will for sure use this location. Already recommended to several people. Thank you for a great experience and great team work!
The care I received at the Kent UH Urgent Care was quick and very thorough. The staff members were kind and professional. Jasmine was so pleasant, as was the doctor who examined me. I've recommended their services to multiple people already and will use them again if needed.
