Bed bugs and roaches everywhere, the landlord borderline harassed me, please do not live here unless you want to get sick.
The Apartments are really good. You get your private room with bath attached. A good enough walk in closet. Living room and kitchen are spacious. This area is a little secluded and there are not just students here but residents as well.
The price is definitely the best you will find around campus. Do not believe most of the reviews for this place it's honestly not that horrible. I love my room its SUPER spacious, walk in closet, and cozy bathroom with bathtub. Washer and dryer in apartment. Kitchen is good size with dishwasher machine. Location is perfect yet looks a little old, there is a Wolfline bus stop 1 minute away. So many food options and walking distance to hillsborough and NCSU. Alcove. Do NOT rent here or from them. Issue with German cockroachs, horrible communication, zero professionalism. You have been warned!!!!
Nice quiet place, great for students. Good and sturdy apartments. Affordable too.
