New Management and “all office staff” members are super-friendly, respectful and professional. Maintenance do their best to get to our unit, especially now that they are adequately staffed and they do a great job! Sam is awesome! He has been with University Place for many years! The leasing office is the kast place I u ever want to go. I oay my rent online to avoid seeing the rude and disrespectful staff. The receptionist Ramilla has absolutely no customer service skills and will walk past you as you wait without even acknowledging your presence. These people don't realize without residents they wouldn't have a job. I've see em come and seen em go and will celebrate once this staff, as others have been replaced. They are terrible. I moved out August 5th of this year. I cleaned my unit, and turned all keys in to Unique. I get a call today Sept 16th saying I owe more than 2000.00. and it’s due this Friday Sept 20th. I asked the lady what is it that I owe because all my rent was currently and I shouldn’t owe a thing. She replied that she was new and she was just doing what her manager told her. SMH “so the manager set her up for failure” . I was placed on hold. I been living in these apartments for a couple of years now they use to be very nice.I don’t know have they switched management or what but things are not the same.It’s very poor up keeping the maintenance is so behind and extremely slow always.The grounds isn’t clean also they don’t pressure wash the outside of the apartments often like they should and a lot of things should be upgraded in these apartment’s.
