New Management and “all office staff” members are super-friendly, respectful and professional. Maintenance do their best to get to our unit, especially now that they are adequately staffed and they do a great job! Sam is awesome! He has been with University Place for many years! And has always done an excellent job when doing any work in my unit and units of neighbors. University Place grounds workers do their best to keep our grounds clean. The staff at University Place are exceptionally professional. Miss Rimilia Taylor, in particular, has gone above and beyond to ensure the entire application process was smooth and efficient. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m truly grateful to call University Place my home.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Maintenance is nonexistent. I was left in the middle of summer without Ac for TWO WEEKS. My sink was broken for a WHOLE YEAR. Security is also nonexistent. My car was broken into twice. And my Ring camera was literally ripped off my door and my electric scooter was stolen. They put an false eviction notice on my front door and I got everything together and decided to move then I got another letter saying that they were taking me to court so I went to the office and ask them about the eviction notice and the... read more
I want to thank Mrs. Romilia for all her hard work and dedication. I was stressed walking in there, but she made me feel comfortable and said to me she would take care of me. She rocked, and I honored her for that and her hard work. Thank you!!!!
Well now i see where u can't leave reviews no more about these's aparment the old management seem to care a lil more about the people that live over here then the new management! they don't care at all don't answer the phone and maintenace is really bad! you can't see nothing over here by the front office at night all type of people be coming threw here! and my old neightbors move out they aparment then showed up 2weeks later staying back in the empty aparment and the front office don't even know they in there crazy over her... read more
