I would highly recommend Drain Up! We called around for bids to add a toilet to our existing main line and they were by far the most competitive. They worked around our scheduling needs and the whole project was done in less than 3 hours! The team was punctual and professional and an all around pleasure to work with. The new toilet works great! I would not hesitate to use them again and I can’t recommend them enough!
I would not hesitate to recommend this business. Very professional. Communication was excellent. All work was completed in a timely manner. Here at exactly the time they said they would be. We have used them in other projects and I appreciate we have never had to call back for any project.
Harman was fantastic! He did an incredibly quick service, when we called last night we left a voicemail. He called back right away and we got on the schedule for the next morning. Everything was fixed by 9:00am (AND in less than half an hour). They were super friendly too. Would absolutely recommend them for plumbing services. Everything went great and it was done in less than an hour. The young man who came gave me 2 options, repair or replace the outside leaky faucet. I chose a replacement (the faucet is old and I’d rather not deal with this again down the road). The work was done fast and he was respectful.
I called in the evening (after business hours) on Monday and they were able to come out the following morning. He identified the probable issue and gave me a quote for the initial work (I’ve been having clogged drain issues for a few weeks now). He snaked through the toilet, but that didn’t resolve the clogging problems, so the next step was to install a sewer cleanout (a much larger job including having to tunnel under my front porch).
