My dog is fearful aggressive and needed surgery to repair her CCL and meniscus. The hospital is Fear Free certified. Rather than muzzling my dog and amplifying her stress before a serious surgery, Dr. Turpel had her licking his face by the end of the ortho consult. Incredible. The surgery was a success and my dog is recovering well.

Dr. Turpel and his staff have been fantastic with my 3 year old St Bernard. The follow up after her surgery is wonderful you know that they really do care about your pet. I would definitely recommend Upper Canada Animal Hospital to everyone.

We were nothing but pleased with their service. They were beyond friendly with my animals and myself, they gave us a sentimental gift after our pets surgery, and also tried to save us as much money possible. I'm nothing but happy with our experience there.
Hi Jim I found your true to be very polite and punctual and there to help except for one little slight problem. You remember the infection that Ellie had and you prescribed her that real expensive medicine did you thought it was a staph infection on the side that you operated on and they must have gave her or at least 3 months of that and the infection kept getting worse and I and ended up I called another vet and I ordered some normal medication and took her off the I think it was $900 I paid every for about a month my pil... read more
Very dishonest veterinary clinic owner is very unprofessional. Never let a vet at this clinic take your loved one in alone without you. If you have to deal with anyone from this clinic you must record the conversation that you will have with even the front office. Many people claim and it is true that they are very very very expensive staff who have worked for other vet's say very unprofessional things and comments about past employers.
