Great, professional staff. Have been going for a few years, but just had some fairly major work done. Quick, efficient, kind, friendly. Answered all of my questions. Great place. No one likes going to the dentist, but as we need to, I'd recommend here if you're looking for an office.
Had my first ever cavity filled by Dr. Kinson. Overall a good experience and his assistant Lisa is such an incredibly kind person who took the time to explain the entire process beforehand to ease my anxiety.
Had a wonderful experience here. We got an appointment very quickly, the staff were very friendly and professional. My son had a bad experience elsewhere and was really hesitant to go to the dentist. He was still talking about how great it was and how wonderful the staff was well into the evening. I would highly recommend Upper Gage Dental.
I've been coming here since the late 80s, My chip tooth was fixed as a child still holding strong today. Even though I live out of the city npw (45 mins) I still come here as the The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent, always welcoming. My older Sibling is confined to a wheelchair with no speech this is the only dentist facility I trust For him. Dr Kinson and the staff are amazing!!!!
Had an appointment booked here. Dentists are not thorough. Been going here for years and nothing but issues lately. There customer service has gone to such a low standard, it’s disappointing. Receptionists call you with condescending comments - not ask if everything is ok if your late. Don’t confirm insurance on file ahead of time. Then rush to get the appointment done before you have time to check for coverage so you are stuck paying either way, the whole place is a huge scam.
