I called UCS in need of technical support for my church in setting up a new computer and troubleshooting a presentation software problem. KC went above and beyond to diagnose our problem and provide a fast and complete solution. Very professional, efficient, and extremely service oriented. Top notch customer service and computer support! I was in a bind, and they quickly resolved my laptop issues. Upstate Computer Services is definitely my new "go to" for any future computer needs. Not only was there a quick turnaround on replacing my hard drive, but their pricing was reasonable, as well! In addition, I found out they offer remote support! Check them out, you won't be disappointed!
Absolutely amazing work! they gave me a reasonable Price for my high-end gaming PC and by the time I got them the parts they had me and my computer out by the next day!

My computer got a nasty virus. I took it to Upstate Computer Services worried it was beyond repair. Not only were they able to fix it, they had it to me the next day. The cost for their service was a lot less than I expected and the staff were friendly and helpful. Honestly, I hope I'll never need their service again, but if I do, i will use them. I recommend them for any service you may need, both big and small. Thanks guys!
My new employer uses Upstate Computer Services, and over the last few weeks they've been nothing but wonderful as I've gone through getting adjusted. From getting me set up in all the systems, to ordering a new computer, to troubleshooting Outlook and printer issues, they've been great!
