When I walked in I was pretty surprised from the get go. usually these places are kind of creepy, along with the employees. I heard of Upstate Gold Exchange from Bobby Mac on the radio, and also heard others on the WORD station suggest them. These are pretty smart men... so why not give it a shot. I was blown away by the small, quaint and very professional operation they have going on in there....
They were friendly and very professional. Tested, weighed and examined my gold right there in front of me and explained the process thoroughly. I did my homework before deciding to sell my gold and was glad to hear they informed me of everything I already knew...so THEY ARE HONEST! I walked out of there with $617.00!!! I couldn't be happier!
