My wife and I have bought two boats from Adam at Upstate! I live just shy of 5 hours from the dealership. Yet I still make the driver to bring them our Ri265. Customer service has always been great! Met owners Adam and Chad at boat show in 2021. Bought a supreme Z232. I have had them service every year. They are a great business. Always have been there to answer questions. Always concerned if there is any issue or questions concerning boat operation or suggestions on how to make the most of your boating experience. Had a great experience buying a new boat at Upstate Marine. Matt was very knowledgable about the boat we were buying and went above and beyond to make everything come together for us. Service department has been very responsive as we prepare for our 25 hour break in service. Highly recommend! My experience is consistent with all of the other positive things I have heard about how the Wood's run this dealership.
