My wife and I have bought two boats from Adam at Upstate! I live just shy of 5 hours from the dealership. Yet I still make the driver to bring them our Ri265. Customer service has always been great! Erich has been absolutely fantastic—he went above and beyond in responding to my requests for information and helping me order a ton of parts for my Nautique. He’s been a true advocate in making sure I got everything I needed and has been invaluable throughout the process. Met owners Adam and Chad at boat show in 2021. Bought a supreme Z232. I have had them service every year. They are a great business. Always have been there to answer questions. Always concerned if there is any issue or questions concerning boat operation or suggestions on how to make the most of your boating experience.
