First time going there today. One of my kids had been before for a birthday party and today another one attended a birthday party so I decided to let the family enjoy Uptown Alley. Our server Kelsie R. was new but amazing. If she didn't know she said so and found out. We got the $49.99 pizza, drink, and game card deal. The pizza came out burnt but Kelsie let the manager know and he immediately got us a new pizza and put more money on the cards to rectify the issue. The customer service there was AMAZING! Great service even though it was pretty busy for Fathers Day. Wait time was less than quoted�. Great lanes and service at the lanes was awesome.
First time there and it was great..... the pizza was good too.
Nice staff working the bowling alley. A couple of issues with the alley we were on. We had a good time and do appreciate the fact the Uptown Alley gives back to nonprofits.
Went early Saturday morning hardly anyone was there fun
