This place feels like an upgraded version of a Goodwill store — cleaner, more organized, and stocked with noticeably better quality clothing. You’ll find a much wider range of styles and brands here, including pieces that look almost new or even still have tags. It’s a great spot if you like the idea of thrifting but want a more curated selection and a better overall shopping experience.

I disagree with other posters, and here's why. I've sold items several times. Yes, it's true you don't get that much back, but it's less work. They assume the risk, and it's out of my hands and out of my house at that point. Plus, they will donate anything they don't wish to buy, if you choose. Again, more convenient than waiting for "the truck" to pick up items to sell at thrift stores. Staff was friendly, but don’t waste your time as a seller.. maybe even a buyer. I brought in totes full of clean, mainly name brand, clothes and a tote of shoes that included brands like Nike, Michael Kors, and Doc Marten. While waiting in line for my total- I noticed literal CLAPPED, outdated, and dirty shoes, visibly outdated clothes and purses for sale.. I left with the same amount of totes and $20. Good if your buying but horrible if your selling. I recommend starting a Poshmark account to sell your item's. Example: Brand new shoe never worn worth $100 In store's They will offer you $8-11 for them and resell them for $79. On poshmark you can at least get $60. I urge you not to sell here it's predatory like Gamestop. Try selling at Platos Closet for at least $40 for your new shoe that's value at $100. The workers are pretty unprofessional and seemed pissed to even be working. The website and front door says they are open every day to buy clothes but when I went on a Sunday, they claimed to not be open on most Sundays for buying anymore. When I asked if that policy was going to be updated on their website or even on a social media page, they were dismissive and even said "why didn't you call before you came?".
