the customer service is awesome, however I brought very expensive clothes here and they only took 9 items and gave me 35.00 🙄🙄🙄it's not worth the time or the money to bring your items here ....I would purchase yes!!! that's it!!!
Took perfectly good clothes into the Ellicott City store. Two pieces hardly worn and they came from Macy’s. Man at the counter, not sure if he’s the owner, said my clothes were not in style. Really!!!! A man is judging what women will buy and wear. Trust me, the clothes in this store is not that great and some if it is overpriced.
Absolutely horrific experience. Gave my clean launder clothes to them. They put it on there floor. And then they open the the bag and boom spider. They won’t take clothes even though the floor was dirty. Gross don’t recommend. Very over priced !
