How have I been here 3 days in a row already?! Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Sunday I brought one item in to sell that I just happened to have in my car. Uptown gave me a 15 min window and was done in that 15 mins. If they accept your items(s) you'll be offered cash or store credit. The store credit will always be the slightly higher amount. Monday I brought in two bags of things (which is the most you can bring in at one time - 2 bags) I chose to wait and shop in store while the attendant went through my belongings. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Upscale Cheapskate – more vintage drama than designer chic Imagine a fashion time capsule curated by someone’s over-caffeinated little sister. The clothes are “pre-loved” (emphasis on pre), the energy is chaotic, and the staff seems perpetually on the brink of a breakdown. Think heirloom hand-me-downs passed through too many friends — hopefully sanitized somewhere along the way.

Everytime I come in to sell, I bring items that are listed as “needed” and 80% of them are brand new with tags as well as brands they say they love(Zara, Levi, Free People, Abercrombie, Aerie, Agolde ect) yet they’ll only take maybe a couple and offer you hardly anything. Mind you, the store is filled with shein and target clothing. Side note; some of the people working there have terrible attitudes and act as if you’re bothering them by making them do their job.

After picking two dresses that were on sale, she requests to use the fitting room (due to her being pregnant), and they say, “Sorry, you can’t try on anything that is on sale- only apparel that is priced normally.” She then asks if there is a return policy- “Sorry, no return policy on ‘for-sale’ items either.” Now I am not one that is hard to please, and being a younger veteran, I usually don’t get surprised by much- ... read more

Great selection but I went in with the hopes of using my store credit that I had gained from the other location in Mandarin. Found a nice dress and brought it to the counter only to be informed that store credit is only good at the store you originally sell at. Okay… doesn’t make much sense to me but I purchased the dress anyways. Cashier hands me the dress with a receipt and I kindly ask for a bag; mind you it is pouring rain outside. She informs me that they are “bagless”. I understand trying to be eco friendly but I just ... read more
