I would like to start with how amazing this store is. The staff is always friendly, and obviously happy to be there, which really sets the tone. The store is clean, organized, and stocked with AMAZING inventory. The only thing that could use some work is the estimated processing time for buys. Yes, I did bring in A LOT of stuff in right away in the morning. There were 2 other people ahead of me, but was told if I stuck around it should only take 30-45 minutes. So I stuck around. this store is even better then i could’ve imagined, it’s incredibly well organized and maintained even when it’s super busy . the staff are so attentive and very helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend going here. it’ll be the best decision you’ve made. they also buy clothes from people which just sweetens the deal , so every time i want to buy clothes i can get rid of some!
I Went into the store today to sell some clothes and shoes. This was my second time selling stuff there. My first experience was great. I Was able to sell quite a bit and they paid well. Today it was like a totally different store. First off the staff was cold and they barely said two words. I had all name brand items and all were either new or worn one time. LOVE THIS PLACE! They always have amazing items, and amazing staff. I have not met one rude employee and I come multiple times a week…bad habit haha. They have such great stuff, wide ranges of sizes and new things every time I come in. Half of my wardrobe is from them now! Reasonable prices and clean and organized! I’ll continue to be a customer!
