Went with 4 teen girls for a $25 bag sale. We were able to stuff a bag full of awesome deals. The girls had an incredible time and the selection was great. We shopped the rest of the store too once our bags were stuffed within and inch of their lives. Jeanne was super nice and started a bin for us to hold our items while we continued to shop. Absolutely terrible. Uptown Cheapskate in Little Elm is a mess from top to bottom. The staff acts like customers are an inconvenience instead of the reason the store exists. Zero friendliness, zero professionalism, and zero effort to explain anything. You’re basically ignored. The buying process is a joke. They reject perfectly good, clean, on-trend items with no explanation, yet the sales floor is packed with overpriced junk that looks like it should’ve been donated years ago. The store is a great size and has options from XS to 2-3xl. The store is clean. The dressings rooms are a good size, and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. The prices are quite reasonable as well. There were also a good number of name brand items in the store too. I had a few items to sell as well and received a decent offer amount which I used toward my purchase. I look forward to visiting the location again.
Great friendly staff! Very interactive with customers. Got a fair deal on some boots that I never wear and gave them a second chance to someone who can get good use out of them, AND , scored some great deals on jeans and some shirts for the little one. Jeanne was great!
Very clean store. Every thing easy to find. Plenty of room to browse and ample dressing rooms as well. I did make a purchase and received discounted price on an already decently low priced blouse. Attendant and cashier very personable with their “customer service” attitude. I will be back for sure. Great experience!
