I dropped maybe 6-7 items (3 pants and 3-4 shirts/sweaters), off today, and they said it would take up to 30 minutes. They do have an option of dropping off and then do a 2 day pick up as well, if they are super busy and can’t get to your items that day. They texted me 15 minutes later to receive my offer. The owners/employees were soooo nice! And the store was incredibly well organized! We were also talking about how refreshing it was to have fairly priced second hand items. I will definitely shop here often and I am eager to try selling to them
Amazing shop with lots of low prices and many items of clothing to choose from. The young lady working in the fitting rooms with the white hair was so nice to me. Just work on not letting people in without a number and skipping turns
The staff was so friendly and sweet! I immediately felt so welcomed when I came in as they complemented my new purse. I was expecting a little bit more for my clothes, but I think it’s so important to remember that it is not just about the brands you bring in but the quality of your items! I have to admit the quality of mine probably wasn’t the best - so I feel like their offer was fair at the end of the day! Give uptown a try! Way nicer and less crowded vibe than Plato’s!
Went in to sell a couple baskets of clothes and the girls working were so friendly! It was a quick purchase time and I was able to browse the store while they finished. I'm happy with their buying and can't wait for them to open for selling, lots of good stuff so far!
