I love having an Uptown Cheapskate in North Austin along Burnet Road! Big location with cute murals out front promoting sustainability. I didn’t end up buying anything but there’s lots of inventory and prices align with other locations. Will definitely return!
I bought the camisole, vintage looking earrings and concha belt but left the pink boots for someone else’s treasure!!! If only I were 40 years younger!
The store is organized, bright and set up nicely. The different sections make it interesting and easy to shop. Staff was friendly despite being inundated with items to sort. I wish their BST was more convenient. I find it a little unreasonable that you have to be 2-5 minutes from the store if you choose the option to have them review items for purchase the same day yet if you leave it for them to process later ( 2-5 days processing time), you have to pick up same day or they donate it. First time in this place, went on Mother’s Day Encountered lots of great inventory at decent prices. Helpful and friendly staff! lots of dressing rooms available so no waiting. (Lots of dust bunnies though) We some really great finds and I will definitely be shopping there again! My 20-year-old son had some great scores, too!
Just opened and already going to be a staple in my errand routine! This Uptown Cheapskate is in a prime location, boasts a variety of styles and sizes, and has an incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. I was really impressed to see how organized the store was even after a packed opening weekend. Items are very easy to find depending on style.
