I stopped in here Monday evening for the first time. I must say I was very impressed! They had a great selection! Everything was very well organized. The staff was so attentive and friendly they checked in on me multiple times and let me know about sales. I ended up getting some brand new Lululemon shorts and a pair of leggings both for half off! Great resale store…solid pieces with the occasional vintage gem. Also great selection of designer threads. All priced very reasonably. if you are selling there, it’s selective but payout is fair for the most part. Some designer pieces I think were too low a payout on my end but I get it because I pay less for those items on the other side as a customer. So it evens out. This is by far one of my favorite places to consign my designer (and non designer) clothes and shoes in the entire Austin area! The client associates are absolutely wonderful and are super kind and helpful with any questions you have about consigning with them. The manager, Mason, goes above and beyond for his clients. He truly is wonderful and such a kind soul. Also, they always have a ton of lululemon (some brand new lululemon with tags as well!)! Come shop and consign with them,, you will not be sorry!
I love having an Uptown Cheapskate in North Austin along Burnet Road! Big location with cute murals out front promoting sustainability. I didn’t end up buying anything but there’s lots of inventory and prices align with other locations. Will definitely return!
I brought in some men's suits and jackets that no longer fit. The customer service was snobby and a little rude. Immediate turn off. This is a thrift store people, not Nordstrom's. I had to wait 40 minutes to get a 'buyer' to review my items and make an offer. They were very very nit picky about what they will and will not take. No pleated slacks, they don't sell. Ok.
