I had an amazing experience at Uptown Cheapskate thanks to Grace, one of the cashiers. Her friendly smile and welcoming attitude made my day. She was incredibly efficient, handling transactions quickly and accurately, even with a long line. What impressed me most was her ability to connect with customers. She took the time to chat and made me feel valued. Grace is a fantastic employee, and her excellent customer service truly stood out!
If you're looking for a great shopping experience, check out this place. The staff is amazing kind, helpful, and always ready to explain the sales. You can also sell your clothes to them for money back in return or even donate your clothes !
Nice new location, But they don't buy plus-sized clothes. I was sad to see that I took in many name brands (that were in season) that have been taken care of and sold two things that were from a cheap website, they were the only items not plus-sized. And the employees are rude even when you are being nice to them. The only nice person was an older woman who looked to be the manager. The store overall is nice for uptown.
I absolutely love this store. Staff are so welcoming and kind. I 100% recommend this store if you are shopping around in rockwall! They have good deals and a variety of great clothes.
