Dropped off 2 bags of mostly brand new, washed clothes. Brand new $60 cotton on sweater. Many of the clothes not worn once. I waited in the store while she sorted through them and she called me to the front about 15 min later and told me she couldn’t take a single item because there were stains. Just came home and looked at the bags of clothes and can’t find a single thing wrong with the clothes. No odor, no stains, no holes. I think they were being lazy because they closed in 10 minutes. On the buying end this store needs to get their crap together. Buy counter is almost always closed. Last 2 weeks it's been open once. Or they are only doing store credit. There is currently no sign saying it's closed, but the employee said the two people working do not know how to buy clothes, so they can't take in any. I do not k ow how much longer they will stay in business. Which is a shame. Plus side all employees have been friendly and the store is clean and organized. PLEASE, get it together.
