Today my wife and I went into Uptown for the first time, the store was very clean & organized. The prices on the luxury items were so cheap I couldn’t believe it but the best part about our experience was the customer service. ANGELA & MIA WAS AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGG. Both ladies were so helpful and friendly. They greeted us with a warm greeting and made sure we were good throughout our experience. We’ll be back just to see them 🫶🏾
Founds some great deals. Took my granddaughter to look for a coat. She found 2 and loves them both. As you can see she got more than 2 coats lol. Store, fitting rooms and bathrooms very clean. Will definitely be going back. Thank you.
Five stars! This store consistently exceeds my expectations. From the well-stocked shelves and diverse product selection to the friendly and helpful staff, everything about my shopping experience is top-notch. I appreciate the clean and organized layout, which makes finding what I need a breeze. The checkout process is always smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant and rewarding shopping experience.
My first visit was disappointing. I brought over 50 items of clothing, a lot which was new, modern style, name brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Loft, Nordstrom, Lands End, other Macy's brands, etc. Only 4 items purchased for a total of $16. Not worth the effort in carrying them all in. The staff was pleasant and the store seemed nice, although I didn't browse. I won't ever do again.
This morning was my first experience at this store and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was so friendly and the store was extremely organized. I typically shop and sell at Plato’s Closet but in recent years their selection and customer service has turned me off. The staff here was so helpful. The assortment of items for both and men and women were of high quality and all at absolutely amazing prices. When I was finished the staff even helped me carry my bins out to my car.
