My massage was great! The therapist really listened to me prior to the session, and she did not touch any areas I specified not to touch. That part was super! During the hydrotherapy soak, I noticed a ring around the tub and hairs. It appeared as if the tub was not cleaned/scrubbed thoroughly. My recommendation is for your consumers to have a better experience during hydrotherapy soaks is to thoroughly clean and scrub your tub(s) before each individual session. It pains me to have to change my initial review. This spa has been in my rotation for a few years now. I would have gone more, but it is over an hour drive. I recently booked the Aqua Spa Package which was on special for $119. When I called to schedule I had inquired about using a gift card that I had purchased around black Friday last year. I had a massage here earlier this week. I ordered a Swedish Massage which should have been low risk and only involved loosening muscles. Instead the therapist Donya (or Tonya) continuously rubbed her hard elbow across my spine and shoulder blade. This has caused me much pain in my spinal discs. She also did not use fingers to massage muscles instead relying on leaning her weight on her forearm and using it like a hard roller. It was absolutely amazing! The hydrotherapy bath was so relaxing. I’m a huge bath taker and let me tell you. They do not hold back when it comes to adding bubbles to it. Very peaceful. The massage was fantastic as well.

So the bath was good and price was reasonable but the massage was very mediocre, I left out with neck pain after telling her multiple times I was uncomfortable. No type of ambiance I played my own spa music to combat awkwardness. I just wanted to try,but I won’t be a returning customer.
