Ana took great care of me. From the foot massage to the full body massage. Such great treatment and care. Definitely coming again. Great start to my 60th birthday.
Louetta location - Repeat customer, need I say more? Take advantage of their Black Friday gift certificate sales, if you want more bang for your buck. Sign up for email alerts but you get the best deals if you purchase in store. I purchased two gift certificates: $240 Urban Getaway Spa Treatment for $175 and a $250 any services for $200. AND THEY DON'T EXPIRE! Since I'm a repeat customer, I declined a physical GC and just added them as account credits.
My massage was great! The therapist really listened to me prior to the session, and she did not touch any areas I specified not to touch. That part was super! During the hydrotherapy soak, I noticed a ring around the tub and hairs. It appeared as if the tub was not cleaned/scrubbed thoroughly. My recommendation is for your consumers to have a better experience during hydrotherapy soaks is to thoroughly clean and scrub your tub(s) before each individual session. Urban day spa in Louetta is my go to get a massage when I need to relax and destress. All the massage therapists are really good and they concentrate on the areas who request. I come out feeling relaxed and my muscles are less tensed. I always look forward to my next massage.
