Absolutely loved this place! I originally booked the La Petite Spa package for my boyfriend, and he loved it—so much so that he said he needed it. He was incredibly calm and relaxed afterward, which immediately made me want to book an experience for myself. Alex did an amazing job on my 2hr deep tissue massage today. Very professional and minimal talking. I highly recommend him and Urban day spa ! I've been going there for over 10yrs and I've always been 100% satisfied with their services.
My massage was great! The therapist really listened to me prior to the session, and she did not touch any areas I specified not to touch. That part was super! During the hydrotherapy soak, I noticed a ring around the tub and hairs. It appeared as if the tub was not cleaned/scrubbed thoroughly. My recommendation is for your consumers to have a better experience during hydrotherapy soaks is to thoroughly clean and scrub your tub(s) before each individual session. Louetta location - Repeat customer, need I say more? Take advantage of their Black Friday gift certificate sales, if you want more bang for your buck. Sign up for email alerts but you get the best deals if you purchase in store. I purchased two gift certificates: $240 Urban Getaway Spa Treatment for $175 and a $250 any services for $200. AND THEY DON'T EXPIRE! Since I'm a repeat customer, I declined a physical GC and just added them as account credits.
