I’ve been coming to Urban Day Spa for over a year now, and I absolutely love it. It’s become a staple in my monthly self-care and relaxation routine. The treatments consistently help relieve my upper back and neck pain, and I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and taken care of. The atmosphere is calming, the staff is professional and attentive, and the experience is always top-notch. I truly look forward to every visit and highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved this place! I originally booked the La Petite Spa package for my boyfriend, and he loved it—so much so that he said he needed it. He was incredibly calm and relaxed afterward, which immediately made me want to book an experience for myself. I went this past weekend to celebrate my birthday and did the Aqua Spa package, and it was beyond relaxing. I really enjoyed my massage. Hadn't been here in almost two years, so my preferred masseuse had moved on. But today, I found a new fav. Jacqueline was wonderful. She's professional, kind, and skillful. It was easy for me to relax because I knew she knew what she was doing. I'll be back very soon.

Had a massage. The sports one. It was amazing. I had back surgery a year ago and had been worried about how a massage would do. No worries now. It felt great and Dania was so good to listen to my concerns. Definitely a 10/10.
