I had a peach color dress that had a bleeding stain from another darker color dress and Urban Dry Cleaners was able to get it out. Even though they made no promises they were able to get that stain out and the dress was back to its original color ! Friendly rep when you walk into the doors!!!
They charge ridiculous prices. I had a backless dress with a strap that holds the dress together (see attached). They removed it, labeled it as a ‘belt,’ and charged me $6.29.
I brought in clothes that I had recently purchased for a fast approaching wedding, leaving the tags and tissue paper. This wonderful business took care of removing the tags, maintained communication via text, and even delivered the garments. I can say that I'm a happy customer.
I had a fantastic experience at this dry cleaner! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they did an amazing job with my clothes. I brought in a delicate dress that I was worried about, but they handled it with such care, and it came back looking brand new. The prices are reasonable, and the turnaround time was quick. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and top-notch dry cleaner!
Urban Cleaners takes excellent care of our dry cleaning and laundry no more broken buttons which was a weekly occurrence at our last dry cleaner. My husbands dress shirts are quite expensive and we love that they don’t turn yellow color from the solvents. Thank you
