AVOID!!!! The coat that I gave for dry cleaning is dirtier than when I gave it to them. The pictures below are after “cleaning”. There are these new dirty stains on the bottom of my coat that were not there before. Not to mention that the stains I wanted cleaned “droplets from dirty rain water” are still there and visible. They also charged me for two pieces (the coat’s belt being a separate piece, without warning me of that). I had to later find out on the receipt. I am in disbelief of how bad my coat looks.
I recently used Urban Dry Cleaners for my clothing, and I was very impressed with their service. They did an excellent job cleaning my garments, including delicate fabrics and everyday wear. Everything came back spotless, fresh, and well-pressed.

This is the best cleaners I have ever been too!! I will never go back to any cleaners after coming here, I have been going to this cleaners for over 2 years now and I am not the type of person to write reviews but I feel obligated to.
