Urban Dry Cleaners has been our go to dry cleaners for a few years! We started going to the Skokie location based on recommendations from family and loved the work they do. Once we moved, going to the Skokie location was a little inconvenient so we were very glad they opened this location! They handle all items with upmost care including my wedding dress which they cleaned and packaged for me. I only trust them with our ethnic wear and highly recommend to all those looking for a good dry cleaners!
AVOID!!!! The coat that I gave for dry cleaning is dirtier than when I gave it to them. The pictures below are after “cleaning”. There are these new dirty stains on the bottom of my coat that were not there before. Not to mention that the stains I wanted cleaned “droplets from dirty rain water” are still there and visible. Nicely surprised by professional approach and service. I've had my rush cleaning order delivered personally to my house after operating hours for free, just before leaving for the airport. Unheard of, many thanks!!!
Brought suit and suit pants in, they were able to get it done by 11:30am the next day. Cheap Price, quick turn around. Will go back again.
Julissa or Julisa was incredibly rude yelling at me for parking in a reserved spot. I had no idea the spots in front were reserved because they only have tiny signs on the business window. I also find it interesting that they have spots reserved anyways, since no other business in that strip mall has reserved spots. She also uses one of the spots for her personal car. To have someone sprint out of their chair to snap at me instead of speaking to me respectfully speaks volumes. I would never give this place my business.
