I would not recommend this company. What should’ve been a straightforward flooring project turned into months of delays, poor workmanship, repeated repairs, and ongoing flooring failures. We hired Urban Floors to refinish our existing wood floors and install new carpet. The project manager arrived over an hour late to our consultation after both myself and the office manager repeatedly called him to wake him up. He assured us the floors could be refinished.
