Super place, were miraculously able to fix my dad's favourite glasses that he got from them four years ago for no charge. Zero pressure to buy new ones instead. Staff are super friendly and respectful of someone who is elderly and maybe a bit slower, very skilled and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store!
I was visiting Calgary to be with my sister while she had a baby when her glasses broke (mid-labour!) at about 8:45 pm. I ran them over to Urban Optique ten minutes prior to closing, and their optician kindle repaired them while the friendly receptionists chatted with me. Nobody seemed to feel inconvenienced as they rushed to help me out st no charge! Great customer service!
I had a fantastic experience with Polo! Polo was highly skilled, professional, and friendly. Polo took the time to explain the best options for my prescription and helped me choose stylish frames that fit perfectly. My new glasses are comfortable, and I can't recommend Polo enough!
I have been coming to this eye office for over 10 years This evening I was treated with the utmost disrespect by one of their receptionists. They either need to screen who they hire or train them properly Customer service is your job among other things, not embarrassing your customers then talk behind there back after they have been called out on their poor customer service. I highly recommend you avoid Dr. Schmidt at all costs, he was de-meaning and petty, we both walked out after 15 minutes after he realized I was requesting a contact lens fitting and he was angry about the receptionist's scheduling regarding the appointment and my eye care. This was the first time in my life that an optometrist demanded I bring my contact and eyeglass prescription instead of doing it for me. He wanted me to come back for this information.
