I called on a Saturday to book my appointment for Monday at 11:50am since that’s the time I usually take my break from work. However when I showed up, they told me that my appointment was booked for 11:20 and that I missed it. They gave me the option to wait until 2 pm for the next availability as they were fully booked. I have to mention that I had to drive all the way from the SW to this place (about 25mins drive). What was the most upsetting is the fact that 1. Super place, were miraculously able to fix my dad's favourite glasses that he got from them four years ago for no charge. Zero pressure to buy new ones instead. Staff are super friendly and respectful of someone who is elderly and maybe a bit slower, very skilled and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store!
They did a lovely face-lift to the office but a huge downgrade in customer care and service.
I was visiting Calgary to be with my sister while she had a baby when her glasses broke (mid-labour!) at about 8:45 pm. I ran them over to Urban Optique ten minutes prior to closing, and their optician kindle repaired them while the friendly receptionists chatted with me. Nobody seemed to feel inconvenienced as they rushed to help me out st no charge! Great customer service!
I have been coming to this eye office for over 10 years This evening I was treated with the utmost disrespect by one of their receptionists. They either need to screen who they hire or train them properly Customer service is your job among other things, not embarrassing your customers then talk behind there back after they have been called out on their poor customer service.
