What an ICONIC team holdin’ it down at both of their locations ✨💎✨ Moving items into a storage unit is never on anyone’s bucket list of fun, so at the very least, feeling reassured & knowing their staff is lookin’ out for you is the best feeling. Disappointed with Recent Customer Service Experience I’ve had great experiences with Urban Storage in the past, especially with Johnny and Jamie, who have always provided excellent customer service. Extremely helpful and professional staff! Knew exactly the best option to store my items while adjusting my living situation. Nicely located and convenient access during office hours if I need to remove a box or place more inside. Jayme was extremely helpful when renting, showing me a unit and finalizing the details.
Mandy made the move-in process very easy! Units/building is well organized and clean. Glad I was able to secure a unit here!
