I hate dentist visits!,...but I LOVE the staff here! My wife and I had been neglecting our teeth and really needed to see the dentist. We saw a local flyer and took a chance and set up appointments for evaluations. The staff was professional, honest, and very very comforting, the office was hygienic, welcoming, and nicely arranged. They took very good care of us. I hate to admit this openly, but apparently our insurance was sub par at best, and practically didn't cover any of the services we needed immediately. Each patient is treated special. Not a cattle hearding process where the dollar comes before the patient. They focused on my root canal and nothing else. At the same time treating you as you are apart of the crew with friendly chat to learn about you. Great expierence since i had my last few expierences in Frederick around the Thomas johnson Drive area where the "dental bandit dentisit practices" destroyed my teeth for quick profit. Very accommodating hours and terrific staff. Friendly stress-free environment. I enjoyed my recent visits as the staff is very nice and friendly. All procedures were explained to me before hand which helped me feel at ease. The facility is airy, open, and relaxing as well. I would recommend to any family looking for a knowledge staff and a friendly atmosphere.
