Great providers, quick, kind, and helpful. I was seen for a respiratory illness, testing was fast and I left with very little waiting time.

My first time there I had to go to my car and fill out my paperwork electronically then be put on a waiting list. After i was called inside they asked for a credit or debit card to put on file even though my insurance covered everything. I had an acute sinus infection they didn't prescribe me anything. Didn't give me antibiotics or even a shot. A waste of my time. I left feeling worst than i did before i got there. I had to leave there to go see another doctor to get some relief. Will not recommend them to anybody

It was my first visit here. I entered office and signed in, then filled out paperwork via electronically as they requested. I was placed on the waiting list and I waited in my car for almost 1 hour before they told me they didn't accept out of state insurance and I would have to pay $120. Only came here bc my usual place is closed on Sunday's. Def won't be coming back! Lack of communication and wasted an hour of my day

Beware of billing practices!! When I checked in at the desk, I specifically asked how much it would be. I was told "your visit for today will be $119". I paid in full. I recieved treatment for a toothache. Simply given a prescription, and an injection of an anti-inflammatory. End of visit (after waiting 2 hours 15 mins before being seen, which I understood). Forward 2 weeks. I recieved a bill in the mail for an additional $45.00, apparently $25 for the shot, and aother $20 to administer said shot. Now, had someone told me t... read more

You could not pay me to ever go back to urgent team. I do not care if there is not another walk-in that accepts my health insurance, I will pay some other practice hundreds of dollars to be seen next time. The nurses at the reception desk were kind and my time in the waiting room was okay (I did wait for 2 hours but that is to be expected of a walk-in clinic in the middle of the day).
