The visit was wonderful, easy and well organized. But the follow-up is still not complete 2 weeks later. They never called in the prescription, and I have no medication 2 weeks after the visit. I have had to make numerous call backs and have been unable to get results. overall, this has ruined the experience, and I still don't have my medication?
Carla worked me in on short notice. She was professional, courteous, friendly and made me feel comfortable for a not so comfortable procedure. Home instructions were easy to understand and she provided her direct contact information.
My first visit was with Dr. Freeman. Very thorough explanation of what was going on. It took some different imaging to figure it out, but they discovered a diverticulum on my bladder. They got me scheduled for surgery right away. Dr. Ross Anderson performed the pre-surgery and actual surgery. He was also very thorough with what to expect from the surgery. Grateful for the entire team. It’s been a positive experience all the way through and results of the surgery are surpassing my expectations. 👍🏼
