Top notch that's all I can really say about these folks. Timothy Suttle is my Doctor and through this whole cancer experience well all I can tell you is communication has been awesome. When going through this that is key I promise.
The check- in is easy, I’m not happy that there is no one to print out an itemized bill on-site. You have to call this number. No, I want to have a great user experience and I don’t want to call a number. You can take my money right away or no services, but you can’t offer me an itemized bill when a patient ask for it. Your facility is massive, and it’s a shame you don’t have anyone to access your Third Party Vendor system to print out a bill or asked questions on-site.
This is medical practice that does it's very best to take care of their patients. I had two issues within the last month that required seeing a doctor immediately. Both times, they help me out, either with my regular doctor or another who was equally qualified. Can not say enough how caring this practice is and how well they take care of their patients.
Most always I am called in to see the doctor around my appointment time. I am very pleased with Dr. McCormick. He explains things very well, listens to what you have to say, and I have never felt rushed out of the office. I have had two procedures with him, a biopsy and a surgical procedure, both of which have gone very well. I have total confidence in his ability.
