The visit was wonderful, easy and well organized. But the follow-up is still not complete 2 weeks later. They never called in the prescription, and I have no medication 2 weeks after the visit. I have had to make numerous call backs and have been unable to get results. overall, this has ruined the experience, and I still don't have my medication?
Got in fast, fantastic doctor and staff. Dr. Z spoke in layman terms. Facilities are modern and overall created confidence. I highly recommend. I rarely leave reviews especially 5 star!!
Worked out successfully. Super nice and helpful Doctor and staff. So very thankful that on my husbands first visit he was able to meet and talk with his new doctor. Ron is a new patient at Urology Nevada and we were both very impressed with the friendliness, consideration and professionalism of the facility. Thank you all so much!
The check- in is easy, I’m not happy that there is no one to print out an itemized bill on-site. You have to call this number. No, I want to have a great user experience and I don’t want to call a number. You can take my money right away or no services, but you can’t offer me an itemized bill when a patient ask for it. Your facility is massive, and it’s a shame you don’t have anyone to access your Third Party Vendor system to print out a bill or asked questions on-site.
Top notch that's all I can really say about these folks. Timothy Suttle is my Doctor and through this whole cancer experience well all I can tell you is communication has been awesome. When going through this that is key I promise.
