Compassionate staff. Excellent bedside manner. Dr. Goode, his PA'S ( both Michelle's) and the sweet MA ( drawing a blank at the moment) are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They take all the time necessary during the visit ( never feel rushed) to address your concerns. The front desk staff, regardless of how busy they are, always welcome patients in with friendly smiles. Clean office environment! Excellent virtual communication.
The check in process was good and very professional. The set up for the ultra sound was good. The access to the bathroom was also good. It was a little confusing with the time required to wait after the ultra sound before seeing Dr. Lamberts. Maybe just tell me how long that wait would be!
I would not go anywhere else. The service is great. My doctor, Jeremy Reichert, cares and has great bedside manors. He is professional and courteous. I feel safe and well cared for under his care.
Everyone with whom I have interacted has been fantastic. They've been knowledgeable in their field and a pleasure with which to work. Dr Dawson has been excellent and informative about how the diagnosis and option are likely to progress and affect me
Worked out successfully. Super nice and helpful Doctor and staff. So very thankful that on my husbands first visit he was able to meet and talk with his new doctor. Ron is a new patient at Urology Nevada and we were both very impressed with the friendliness, consideration and professionalism of the facility. Thank you all so much!
