My first visit here was great. Super fast. Everyone was super friendly. The only thing so far I am having problems with is getting return phone calls. I have had 2 situations where a phone call the same day or next day should have happened but did not. Promised a few times a call would be returned on a certain day for scheduling and nothing. The staff is outstandingly courteous and efficient. I was made welcome, though late for the appointment. Processed my new insurance very quickly. The doctor reviewed test results thoroughly and explained the course of action in layperson terms. I am very happy with the experience in total.
I had a follow up appointment and saw Cheyenne Annis. She was so sweet, friendly and efficient. A very pleasant experience. She is an excellent healthcare provider. Great personality!
