Always professional, understanding and respectful. Sometimes medical issues are difficult to treat and cure/repair but they go above and beyond in trying to help people. Dr Ross Anderson is focused on helping patients, very knowledgeable, competent and efficient.
Every doctor I’ve seen at Urology Nevada has been knowledgeable and helpful with my bladder issues. Dr. Remy Lamberts was instrumental in helping me control my issues. Staff is always friendly and supportive.
I have been going to Urology Nevada now for over a year. Parking is good and the building is clean and well kept. The public waiting area is also very clean and comfortable and large enough to handle all patients. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The exam rooms are also very clean and well kept. I recommend Urology Nevada highly for all urology needs.
A good group of people who are patient- and customer-oriented. The front office staff is very helpful and the PA (Michelle Loubet) has my best interests in mind when making recommendations. Excellent experience so far.
The office arranged my appointment but did not tell me they would charge me $200 on top of my insurance. They swore they sent an email but the emails did not mention this fee. They do not answer the phone there is no way to talk to anyone there. please save your time and money and do not visit this office. I refuse to go when they told me I had to pay but they still charged me.
