The doctors may be fine, but good luck getting through the worst phone system or getting an appointment. Run far, far away from here.
Urology of Indiana has a monopoly on urinary care in central Indiana. Dr. Tellman seems to be a good doctor (why I gave 3 stars) but where to go to get a second opinion = nowhere. Also, they run a poor office on the management side. There's always a line when I get there and they move slowly at the front desk. On two occasions I went to my appointment (on Post Road) and it had been canceled, without notifying me. They apologized the first time but did it again a second time. They have some janky software portal instead of ... read more
This is without a doubt one of the worst medical practices I have ever used. They will not communicate with patients, they do not return phone calls, and are generally unresponsive to patient needs. I have tried for 5 days to contact someone regarding a prescription refill. I have left multiple messages with no return call, even though their message states that calls will be returned in one business day. I have fought this battle with UOI for years and have grown tired of trying to work with them. I will now actively searc... read more
. One star is too many stars. Disorganized, poor at communication, the facility in Greenwood was not clean, the equipment seemed old. I've been there several times. The first doc gave me a bad infection that required in-home IV's and nurse visits for 2 weeks as he was careless and did not follow proper medical protcol prior to biopsy. He was in a hurry to make money was my gut instinct. They second guy, Dr. Scott, was the biggest jerk I ever met. He told me I was wasting his time and that he had more important t... read more

In October I paid the insurance office fee to see the LPN, only to learn weeks later that I was overcharged by $35.00. Upon contacting both the insurance company and Urology of Indiana, I was told the $35.00 would be sent to me. I have followed up on a monthly basis since. In January I was told the check was just approved and would be received within 2 weeks. In February I was told the check had not been cut but was pending. Today (03/23/22) I was told the check was cut and pending signature by appropriate management. ... read more
I will never seek help here. Hopefully things have improved based on recent reviews. I was misdiagnosed as having a urinary tract infection when preparing for a bladder test (which I was subsequently told by another doc I didn’t even need). Turns out I didn’t have an infection after they used $4000 worth of tests (received this bill 7 months later). I was waiting on a call to get medicine and they never even called me. I had to call them to check. “Oh, you didn’t have an infection after all.” They said I needed the tests to... read more
