No security cameras near parking areas or walk ways, making this property very vulnerable to crime, robberies and damage to vehicles. The office manager has demonstrated a lack of professionalism and courtesy that has significantly affected my time here. Go check out GOOGLE REVIEWS as well for more 1 star reviews/photos from actual residents who live here - too much money to pay for so little attention to detail. There has been too many car break ins happening that it finally took a resident getting a gun pointed at them in broad daylight during a car break in to FINALLY do something about the front gate being left wide open 24/7. DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you want to lose your peace of mind, If you want your car broken into once a week during plain daylight or while you sleep at night and wake up to beautiful news. If you want to deal with horrible management that only sees you as a dollar sign in their paycheck as commission, if you want to be held at gun point while being robbed simply by stepping out of your apartment. This apartment has had constant car break ins, garage break ins etc, since we moved in 4+ months ago. The staff and developers refuse to get cameras for the back apartments or to get the apartment gates fixed. Instead property manager Claudia said "well even if we got the gates fixed, the robbers can just jump the fence". Today our neighbors were held at GUN POINT while they were robbed!!! Unsafe, staff don't give a fuck about you, your property or your safety, do NOT rent here unless you want to spend $500+ dollars monthly ... read more
