this facility is irresponsible with patient info. i received a message intended for someone else regarding a private procedure. wrong numbers happen, and just a name is fine, but no details should be mentioned. when i called to try and rectify the mistake, alyssa answered. she was unhelpful and flippant, and made no attempt to see if maybe the number is entered incorrectly in his chart. this is insane to me. i protected this person’s information better in this review than your facility did. crazy.
I did not have to wait long before I was called back to the room. The nurse reviewed my information, took vitals, and said dr is in with a patient,and he will see you next. I did not wait long til I saw Dr Volpe. He went over my chart, and walked me to the check-out counter were i scheduled my procedure. The check-out nurse was very nice, went over some information and schedule my follow-up appt too.
Dr Hasbun is so nice! I was nervous seeing a new doctor, but as soon as he walked in I knew I would like him. He takes his time to talk and explain everything to you. I'm so glad I went to him. The office staff is very friendly.
The staff is very kind and welcoming Doctor Volpe is absolutely the best. He listens and is very compassionate, never rushes through the appointment. I can not say enough about how great he is.
Most importantly the quality of care is excellent. Secondary but very important to me is waiting time. So far, my wait at this office has always been minimal and I really do appreciate it.
