Fast, efficient, nice staff! No issues and they helped me get what I needed to do for work. Thank you. No free parking so find a way to get here if you don’t want to deal with parking issues.

I’m pretty unhappy with my experience here. The staff here is nice. However, I’m only here to provide a urine sample. Documentation noted that I do not need to make any appointment. Registration was quick. However, I had to wait for over an hour to provide a urine sample. I’ve been to many urgent care centers and I’m never waited for more than 30 minutes to provide sample. My visit here was pleasant. Clean facility, great staff, friendly, organized, great service, no long waits, easily accessible, parking across the street. Overall excellent care

Concentra sent a text asking me to rate them publicly following my 4/10 rating to their text prompt. The facility is clean and the staff not overly kind, but they are professional. The problem here is the wait time... it is unbelievably long. I waited 90 minutes for a urine drug screening. Avoid this location unless you have no other choice.

The lady who orchestrated my test wasn’t really descriptive of what I needed to do. She’s just kind of put the test in front of me and expected that I knew what to do already. Needed better guidance of directives during the test.
