I had a good experience working with Thomas; due to COVID 19, I got a denial at first because banks stop funding mortgages due to the virus and shut down of the country. I was disappointed, but Thomas did not stop looking for a lender that was willing to fund my loan. We recently had the opportunity to work with Thomas in securing a mortgage with not great credit scores and a lot of past issues. When we were turned down by other lenders we turned to Thomas and Florida Mortgage Lenders. Thomas paved a path and was with us 100% of the way including weekends and evenings. Trust me when I Say, Thomas Martin is the greatest Broker I have ever worked with. No one has been more punctual and professional as this person I Have ever dealt with. I had some challenging (for me) financial issues - A previous foreclosure, and a horrendous student loan payment. I did not have much hope that I could own a home again. From pre qualification to closing was just under two months. During this time Thomas worked tirelessly for me, following through with multiple stakeholders, keeping me in the loop, reassuring me that all was ok...until the loan was approved and I closed on August 9. I whole heartedly recommend Thomas. Give him a call, you won't regret it!

WITH THOMAS OFFICE I HAVE PURCHASED MY FIRST HOUSE IN 2017, I NEEDED IT AGAIN IN THIS 2019 TO MAKE A Refinance , IN LESS THAN A MONTH ALL READY, WHEN I WAS MY FIRST HOUSE I HAD VARIOUS BROKER TO TRY TO APPROVE MY LOAN AND NOBODY COULD GET THOMAS OFFICES ONLY ... HIGH RECOMMENDATION
