I would like to take this time to apologize to all of the staff at the U.S. Title Loans Branch in Alabaster. I posted previously about a negative experience that I had with one individual ( who has since been relocated). Her name was Octavia. She was the only person there at the time of my visit, she was the only person who was rude, unprofessional towards me. The manager was not there at the time of my visit.
