Had service done from USA septic and Ruben did a great job pumping our septic tank. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The service was quick, the price was fair, and efficient. He made sure both sides of the tank were properly pumped. He also took the time to answer our questions; I really appreciate the honest work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing septic service in high desert.
I have bought a house and sold a house and both needed new septic tanks. I used USA Septic for both projects and am very satisfied. They were punctual, responsive to calls and making sure that the installation process was smooth for me. Btw, this was during a holiday....they were still on top of their game...didnt miss a beat. They were at my house on time, gave a very fair estimate, (which I accepted) and they promptly began the job - unclogging toilets, cleaning drains and replumbing an area to create a clean out drain for the backed up washing machine. They were polite during the process, left the job spotless and didn't do any of the usual unnecessary upselling that so many businesses do👍
I had tree roots growing into my pipes at a tenant‘s house. They were able to quickly come in and do a huge project to repair everything. They are very easy to work with and got the job done in it timely manner.
Ruben pumped out our septic tank today. He was personable, knowledgeable, and fast and efficient. He a great guy and solved our septic issue quickly! Crystal works in the office and was very professional and kind and kept us informed of what time the driver would be here and all other details we needed to know. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.
