Dr. Ramenini is a great doctor. She listens and will suggest the best ways to solve your problem. She is empathetic and calm. I recommend her! As far as Life stance the system, It's terrible. It's hard to contact their offices and their fees are ridiculous. The only reason why I stay with this group is for my physician. It feels like they strive to take your money and not help you out.
Uasha was a kind person. My rating relates to knowing now I needed neurology, neuropsychology treatments after car accident not a psychiatric drug cocktail. Additionally, many of the drugs prescribed needed lab testing/oversight as recommended by the drugmakers yet that was never discussed. Still recovering from ill effects of the psych treatment received there (2013-2014). Hopeful protocol improved since then. Leaving medical reviews hoping to help others avoid similar outcomes. My doctor referred me to her to be diagnosed for ADHD. When making my appointment, I told them that is what I was going for. When I got to my telehealth appointment, she then tells me that she is not able to do that and I would have to see someone else. I was shocked and told her I was referred by my doctor. I knew there was a cancelation fee as well but the person making my appointment did not let me know she doesn't do this. I met with Usha Ramineni a few times, and each virtual appointment was a disappointment. She showed up 15 minutes late to my first tele-health appointment. That’s not a huge issue by itself, but she didn’t apologize or acknowledge it. Overall, the two or three appointments I had with her had me feeling like a number.
