I have never encountered a company as unprofessional and inexperienced as this one. It genuinely feels like their office staff is located somewhere completely different—possibly even outside the United States—because nothing is handled properly or on time. If you ever have an issue with your policy, good luck, because instead of fixing the problem, they will make it worse.
