Huge shout out to U stick storage and the owner, Doug! Doug was able to assist us on the weekend after hours when we were parking our new rig and switch our spots to accommodate the size of our rig. Super grateful! Thank you!
I 100% recommend this Storage facility! Customer service is top-notch. I needed a little help because of the personal situation I’m in, I felt like I had lost my mind for a couple seconds there, lol. The owner was very helpful, thorough and diligent, even checking up on me later to make sure I was golden!
Highly recommend. Hands down the best units. So convenient and clean. EASY to use in and out. The unit we rented was 10x5 so it opened wide like a garage and made getting things in and out so easy and convenient. We stored desks and couches rugs. Navigating the unit was soooo easy compared to 5x10 the big door is a game changer. Had to call twice with questions and the person was do helpful and easy to get a hold of. (Oh and they have bathrooms if needed). Felt secure and would rent again in the future!
Doug is the best hands on business owner. He is always available and very quick to respond when needed. We have had a unit here for close to a year and have had a great experience. Definitely recommend.
Great storage facility that was recommended to me by a friend. Doug was awesome making sure that I got a space that was exactly what I needed. Even followed to make sure everything was working well!
